Summer Food Service Program for Children is a program is funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and administered by the Arizona Department of Education. The mission of the Summer Food Program is to meet the needs of hungry children in the summer by providing them with nutritious meals and snacks when other resources are not available.
Food sites are located throughout Arizona. Sites provide FREE meals to children, ages 18 and younger, during approved meal service times and dates. Some sites may also offer adult meals at a discounted price. Contact the applicable site to find out if adult meals are offered. You can find a list of sites at: www.azsummerfood.gov or by contacting the school at (520) 319-6113.
